About Meraki Social®
Meraki is a revolutionary digital marketing agency. Designed to cut through the inefficient processes and bloat found in traditional agencies, since our inception we have embraced a diversified (virtual) workforce model that eliminates the costs involved in maintaining a brick-and-mortar presence and have focused our investments solely on top-shelf talent and technology platforms aimed at driving creativity, productivity, and efficiency. The result is a unique kind of agency – where employees are free to live where they wish and maintain a healthy work-life balance and where clients share in our reduced overhead through a below-market pricing structure that provides them with a higher value for their money. We like where we have landed – a business model that thrives on the happiness of its employees and clients.
Our company name is a Greek word that reflects our collective passion in our work.
Meraki (n.) The soul, creativity, or love put into something; the essence of yourself that is put into your work.
The actual translation repreesents a concept that cannot be translated in one word, but it means "something done with one’s soul, with creativity, effort and a lot of care." It is what we aspire to be every day for our clients.
At Meraki, we specialize in providing a variety of digital marketing services for pharmaceutical, medical device, and over-the-counter healthcare brands. Currently, Meraki employees work in 14 different states in the U.S. and abroad, requiring that all members are digital natives and highly experienced in using cloud-based productivity platforms such as Slack, Google Docs, Office365, and Dropbox. Meraki proudly holds SBE, WBE, and LGBTBE certifications.
